📢 We’re hiring: Director of Finance

Transform Housing & Support is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our Executive Team and play a key role in shaping our future.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior finance professional to help Transform support more than 1,600 homeless and vulnerable individuals each year.

We’re looking for a CCAB, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant with significant senior financial leadership experience and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear, effective decision-making.

You will bring a commercial mind and a social heart, playing a vital part in ensuring that financial stewardship, governance and decision-making are as strong and effective as the services Transform provides.

🌍 World Humanitarian Day | 19 August

Today recognises the compassion, courage, and dedication of those supporting people through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Tony’s story is a powerful reminder of the difference that support, understanding, and a second chance can make. After years of addiction, homelessness, and isolation, Tony found hope through Transform Housing & Support.

With the right support around him, Tony rebuilt his life, addressed past trauma, achieved five years of sobriety, learned to drive at 58, and rediscovered a passion for woodworking.

Humanitarian support starts with seeing the person behind the circumstances and creating opportunities for people to recover, rebuild, and thrive.
