Join us for our last Printing Press Thursday of 2026! 🌟

Come and see our historic Albion printing press in action and discover more about William Morris's incredible printing endeavors. Step into Morris's shoes as you learn the art of printing in this participatory demonstration.

Printing Press Thursdays run 2pm-4pm, are free (no ticket to the Manor is required) and open to all visitors to drop in, watch and have a go!

Yes, I know that it is possibly a bit early to mention the 'C' word right now, but we have a wonderful line up of sellers coming to the Christmas markets this year, and to showcase them we really need to start now.

First let us tell you about the market. We are running two Christmas markets in Lechlade Memorial Hall, Oak Street Lechlade. The first on Saturday 14th November, and the second on Sunday 22nd November. There will be 38 stalls of hand made crafts including: crochet & knitting, woodwork, wood turning, ceramics, jewellery, leatherwork, engraved precious metals, candles, fused glass, stained glass, had sewn items and much more.

As usual the RNLI volunteers will be serving refreshments, and with all proceeds going to the RNLI charity. We will have the Kencot Ukulele Group at the second market playing and singing festive songs.

If you are looking for something different as a gift, something unique, or something locally made the come and take a look. Free entry and free parking on site. We are open from 10.00-16.00 each week.

Ghostly gatherings at the New Inn!👻😱

👻 This Weekend’s Investigation: The New Inn, Lechlade! 👻

This weekend, the Ghostly Gatherings team are heading to The New Inn in Lechlade, a 17th-century coaching inn nestled alongside the River Thames in the heart of the Cotswolds.

As far as we know, this historic building has never been investigated before, which makes it even more exciting! We’re looking forward to exploring its history, investigating the building and seeing what, if anything, we might discover along the way. 👀

Could this old coaching inn have a few stories of its own to tell? Only time will tell! 🕯️
