Letβs hear it for Sports Foundation Athlete, Tilly, who is kicking off her 2026 season in absolute style! π
Tilly recently competed in the first round of the Youth Development League, helping the Hereford team secure a brilliant 2nd place overall. Not only did she run an awesome first leg in the 4x100m relay, but she also smashed Personal Bests in every single one of her individual events:
β±οΈ 1500m: 5:32
π Javelin: 20.73m
π Long Jump: 3.28m
But that's not all! Tilly also travelled to Bath for the National Schools Biathlon Finals, putting on a masterclass in improvement. She clocked a phenomenal 5:55 in her 1600m run, shaving a massive 27 seconds off her December qualifier time (6:22)! That speed placed her 8th for the run (scoring 1175 points), and after a strong 1:24 in her 100m swim, she finished 25th overall π€©
Compared to her 45th-place finish last year, Tilly's hard work, determination, and progress are incredibly inspiring. We are so proud of your massive improvements, Tilly, and grateful that the Halo Sports Foundation can support you in your training! ππͺ
