Owned by Leeds City Council, the Centre is managed by local charity Health for All (Leeds) Ltd. The original Tenants Hall opened in 1955 and provides a home for local community groups, enterprises, events and charities across south Leeds. ean Reginal Development Fund (ERDF). The centre is a multi use, multi functional space which operates as the head office for Health for All (Ltd.) There are a number of areas within the centre which can be hired for events and activities. Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre offers:

Rooms available for hire:
- The main hall - which can accommodate up to 150 people seated, it can also be split into two sections. With a specially designed sprung floor it is ideal for any kind of dance activities.
- A multi-purpose room that is perfect for conferences and group meetings, and includes a kitchen area, toilet and own outside space.
- 3 Meeting rooms that can accommodate between 4-12 people and can be hired with tea and coffee facilities, whiteboard, flipchart and pens.
- 8 offices of varying sizes including a hot desking facility if required, 2 of which are currently available to rent.
