今日喺列斯市中心，一眾香港人出席集會，悼念所有喺2019年運動中逝去嘅手足。

容我哋借用英國 Remembrance Day 常用嘅一句說話，提醒大家唔好忘記喺運動之中逝去嘅英靈。我哋記住當日所有為民主企出嚟嘅香港人，記住有義士以死相諫，亦記住所有喺警暴之下失去生命嘅亡魂。佢哋嘅付出，我哋永誌不忘！

異鄉前行永誌不忘
列斯831悼念集會

831已經發生7周年，當日警察喺地鐵站毆打市民嘅情景仍歷歷在目。除咗憤怒，我哋更加唔會忘記當年犧牲嘅手足。

今年有好多移英嘅香港人成功申請永居，甚至期待好快入籍。但我哋唔好忘記，今日嘅自由係建基於前人嘅犧牲。

喺我哋享受緊自由嘅同時，我哋緊記大業未竟，光復香港之路仍漫長。我哋記住前人嘅犧牲，然後砥礪前行。就算身處異鄉，都會繼續為香港嘅民主自由奮鬥！

喺831七周年當日，希望你能夠出席悼念集會，一齊悼念逝去嘅手足，紀念所有香港人嘅付出。

請大家自備鮮花，獻畀喺2019年民主運動犧牲嘅手足。到時見！

Leeds 831 Memorial Rally

It has been seven years since 31 August 2019. The scenes of police officers assaulting civilians in a railway station remain vivid in our memories. Beyond the anger, we will never forget those who sacrificed so much during the movement.

This year, many Hongkongers who have moved to the UK have successfully obtained settled status, with some even looking forward to becoming British citizens soon. But we must not forget that the freedoms we enjoy today were built upon the sacrifices of our brothers and sisters.

As we enjoy the freedoms we have today, we must remember that the struggle is far from over. The road towards a free and democratic Hong Kong remains long. We remember the sacrifices of our brothers and sisters, and let their courage strengthen us to keep moving forward.

Even in a foreign land, we will continue to stand up for democracy and freedom in Hong Kong.

On the seventh anniversary of 831, we hope you can join us at the memorial gathering to remember those who lost their lives, and to honour the sacrifices made by Hongkongers throughout the 2019 pro-democracy movement.

Please bring flowers to lay in remembrance of those who sacrificed their lives for Hong Kong’s democracy movement in 2019.

列斯手足連線喺6月12號下晝6點12分開始，喺列斯市中心舉行咗「雨傘不倒，並肩同行——24小時全球舉傘接力行動」。

我哋嘅義工同街坊着住黃色雨褸，接力舉起雨傘24小時。黃色雨傘喺整個活動期間從未放下，象徵我哋對反送中運動未敢忘記，亦未曾原諒。

七年嘅時間可能令我哋慢慢失去咗熱情，長期嘅抗爭令人疲倦、令人氣餒、令人感到無力。今次嘅行動，雖然規模不大，參與人數不多，但並非毫無作用。我哋搵返看似失去咗嘅感覺同熱度。

數十個義工各守崗位，有人堅持默站四五小時、有人帶嚟熱湯熱飯、有人慷慨解囊借出房間、有人不眠不休守護大家、有人放工前後嚟支持、亦有人山長水遠從第二個城市嚟到。眾人不吝嗇力量微少，為今次行動各展其所。呢種就係香港人精神，就係我哋抗爭嘅溫度。

呢24小時嘅行動吸引咗唔少人關注。除咗有途人駐足觀看之外，更有來自台灣同本地嘅攝影師特地到場，記錄低我哋嘅堅持。我哋都想趁住呢個機會同所有本地人講：唔好忘記香港，唔好忘記有人為普世價值挺身而出，為捍衛自由民主而犧牲，唔好忘記爭取自由嘅代價。

感謝所有出嚟舉傘嘅街坊同義工，感謝途中停低支持我哋嘅途人，感謝喺網上陪伴我哋嘅同路人，更感謝七年以來一直從未放棄嘅香港人。

我哋相信光復之路漫漫，香港人唔好放棄！

願榮光歸香港！

列斯手足連線今日喺列斯市中心612 7週年發起「雨傘不倒，並肩同行——24小時全球舉傘接力行動」。

有熱心街坊到場支持，即席畫低手足高舉雨傘默站嘅畫面。為我哋記錄同時鼓勵大家堅持！

我哋會繼續舉傘到聽日（6月13號）下晝6:12。無論你係嚟一齊默站舉傘，定係嚟紀念反送中運動，或者嚟同我哋傾下計，或者坐低畫畫，甚至只係齋嚟支持一下都好，多你一個多好多！

Today, HongKongers in Leeds organise the “Umbrellas never fall, We walk side by side – 24-Hour Global Umbrella Relay” in Leeds city centre to mark the 7th anniversary of 12 June anti extradition protest.

We were touched to receive support from members of the public, including a Hongkonger artist who joined us and sketched the scene of participants standing in silent solidarity with the umbrella raised. Her artwork not only captured this moment but also encouraged us all to keep going.

We will continue the relay until 6:12pm tomorrow (13 June). Whether you would like to join us in standing silently with an umbrella, pay your respects to the protest 7 years ago, have a chat with us, sit down and do some sketching, or simply drop by to show your support, your presence would mean a great deal.

The more people who stand together, the stronger our message becomes.

為紀念反送中運動7週年，全球多地港人響應舉行接力舉傘運動。我哋透過全球接力，令雨傘跨越時區超過24小時高舉不倒，象徵抗爭意志仍在，我哋唔會向極權低頭。

六四唔只係歷史上一日，而係中共政權向人民展示其本質嘅一刻：以武力鎮壓異見，以恐懼消滅呼聲。三十七年過去，中共從未改變對自由嘅打壓；由北京到香港，極權一直延續。

三十七年，生死兩茫茫。依家香港唔可以講，我哋就喺海外繼續講。暴政將人簡化成數字，再將佢哋消失。我哋重視人，我哋要念念不忘，記住每一個有血有肉嘅存在。

敵人越想我哋忘記嘅，我哋勢必死守呢段記憶。列斯手足連線將於今年六月六日繼續舉辦六四集會，誠邀各方香港人參與，一同守住呢段記憶。

June 4th is not merely a date in history, but a moment when the Chinese Communist regime revealed its true nature to the people: suppressing dissent through violence, silencing voices through fear.

雨傘不倒，並肩同行 -
接力撐起雨傘24小時紀念香港反修例運動七周年

七年已過，無論在港或海外港人嘅抗爭尚未完結。抗爭路上並不容易，隨着生活環境嘅轉變、中共政權嘅壓逼，香港人將七年前街頭上嘅抗爭「個人化」。獨自修煉、不斷自省必有其好處，但係隨着街道上茫茫人海嘅畫面已成歷史，我哋少不免懷疑：依家仲有幾多同路人？

砥礪前行，香港人勢必堅守記憶，但堅守從來唔係一個人嘅事。就如同舉傘一樣，一個人可以堅持，但有人接力、有人同行，先可以行得更遠。

列斯手足連線希望喺列斯，喺2026年6月12日舉黃傘24小時，紀念香港反修例運動七周年。以24小時不間斷舉起黃傘，象徵香港人即使流散各地，仍然有人願意承擔、願意記得、願意企出嚟。黃傘唔只係一件物件，更係七年前無數香港人喺街頭互相守護嘅象徵。

光復香港從來都唔係一件容易嘅事，亦都唔係某幾個人嘅責任。一個人去堅持高舉雨傘係好困難，但越多人去分擔呢份重擔，呢件事就越容易達成。我哋誠邀公眾參與接力舉傘。無論你停留五分鐘、一小時，定係陪伴我哋走過深夜同清晨，每一次接力，都象徵住仲有同路人一齊行一齊捱，都代表有人仍然記得612，仍然相信香港人精神唔會被磨滅。

或者今日嘅我哋已經唔再身處同一條街道；但只要仍然有人願意撐起把傘，記憶就唔會孤單，抗爭亦未曾完結。

Hong Kongers who fled repression are being followed, photographed, and threatened on British streets.

Who is behind it? In a recent spy case at the Old Bailey, individuals linked to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) were found guilty. The case exposed how these Hong Kong officials operated in Britain — accessing Home Office-linked data to track activists’ addresses, following them to events, attempting break-ins, infiltrating communities, and gathering intelligence.

HKETOs were given privileges because Hong Kong was supposed to remain free under the Sino-British Joint Declaration. That deal has been broken. Hong Kong’s autonomy is gone. Journalists are jailed. Dissent is criminalised.

So why are we still granting them special status on British soil? Why are we allowing them to spy on and repress people in the UK under diplomatic protection?

Authorised by ‘Stage 64’, Trafford Hongkongers CIC is going to collaborate with Hongkongers In Leeds to present a Cantonese Readers Theatre ’May 35th‘ at All Hallows’ Church on 24th May 2025.

It is about the June 4th Massacre in Tian‘anmen Square in Beijing in 1989. No one is allowed to talk about this or commemorate this tragedy in either Hong Kong, Macau or mainland China.

To let the human generations can ever remember and be able to understand this piece of bloody history, we shall let this be discussed year by year.

承蒙「六四舞台」授權演出，Trafford Hongkongers CIC 將聯同列斯手足連線於 2026 年 5 月 24 日，在列斯 All Hallows’ Church 演出《5月35日》讀戲劇場。

劇本是根據1989年天安門大屠殺中失去孩子的父母的採訪和真實生活寫成，講述一對年老夫婦垂死的願望，希望在兒子被國家謀殺的地方，舉行適當的儀式。此劇首演於2019年香港藝術中心壽臣劇院，當時為悼念六四事件30周年。
