This year, our annual craft and gift fair will take place on Sunday 16th November. We anticipate opening hours of 10.00am to 2.30pm with the doors open to stallholders from 8.00am.

The tables provided are 4’ x 2’ and will be £10.00 each. (AS SPACE IS LIMITED, IT WOULD HELP GREATLY IF STALLHOLDERS ONLY BROUGHT IN ONE SMALL TABLE OR FREE-STANDING DISPLAY UNIT). If you are interested in taking up a place this year, please send us an email [email protected], and we’ll share the booking form for you to complete and return.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

CANCELLATION: - We will make every effort to replace anyone who needs to cancel and thereby offer a refund of the deposit. Cancellations received eight days or less prior to the event will forfeit their deposit.

We look forward to seeing you.

Yours sincerely

If your New Year’s Resolution is to volunteer within the local community, why not consider joining our Management Committee?

A small time commitment each month (or week if you have the time) to help open / close our doors for hirers, and attend our monthly Management Committee meetings that discuss topics such as future restoration work, room pricing and ongoing maintenance.

Our lovely building is one of the last remaining Community-owned buildings like this in the country. We rely on volunteers to keep this building safe and available for our community, we are not run by the council or any other local organisations. We’re entirely self-funded and welcome any support that people can give - whether that’s a financial donation, or their precious time.

The stonemasonry work that we’re undertaking now will preserve our building for another 100 years, ensuring the Oulton Institute remains at the heart of our community, for the people of our community.

Our poppy tin has been collected and counted. There was just over £128 - we have never had over £100 before so it’s our best ever.

Thank you to everyone that donated
