We are really pleased we have been able to organise Wise-Up To Ageism Sessions with Leeds Older People's Forum across the inner and outer West. Our aim is now to expand this across the city so all Community Hubs & Libraries can continue to work to be Age and Dementia Friendly. This was a great session

Our Friendly Communities Team were out yesterday delivering an engaging Wise Up To Ageism session to staff from Community Hubs and Libraries across the west of Leeds.

It’s great to see so many Community Hubs and Libraries recently signing up as Age and Dementia Friendly venues. Our ambition is for every Community Hub and Library in the city to be part of the programme, with training rolled out right across Leeds.
