We are aware of some issues with the most recent rent statements sent earlier this month.

The balances on the statements were correct, but some of the charge descriptions weren’t. We will be issuing new statements during July 2026, but if you would like a rent statement before that time, please contact us on 0113 386 1000.

This month's theme is centred around wellbeing and mental health to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week. Our team will be there to signpost you to local support and services.

To support you in starting or continuing your self-care journey, we'll be offering free ‘Time for Me’ gift bags. These are designed to encourage you to pause, take a little time for yourself, and focus on your wellbeing at home. 🧘

You can still chat to our team about housing support, money matters, repairs and more.

My Account is our online portal for customers to pay rent, report antisocial behaviour, and track repairs. As part of our ongoing improvements to online services, we’re replacing the current ‘Raise a Repair’ tool on My Account with a simple online repair request form.

The new form will be for non-emergency repairs only. You should continue to report emergency issues to us by calling 0113 386 1000.

📆The new online form will be live on My Account from the 28th May.

If you’re already set up on My Account, we’ll send you separate instructions by email to explain how to use the new form to submit a repair request.

We'll be operating on an emergency-only repairs service from 12-5 pm today due to staff training. This means if you call...

We'll be operating on an emergency-only repairs service from 12-5 pm today due to staff training. This means if you call us on 0113 386 1000, you'll automatically be redirected to our out-of-hours service.

Emergency repairs include things like severe water leaks💧and loss of all power🔦. When dealing with emergency repairs, our out-of-hours service will make things safe for you within 4 hours (unless it's related to gas repairs, such as a broken boiler or no hot water, in which case you'll receive a repairs visit within 8 hours in winter or within 24 hours in summer).

💥If you suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Helpline on 0800 111 999 immediately.

👍You can continue to report non-emergency repairs to us by email at [email protected], and our team will pick these up on 28 May.

Your feedback helps shape how we work in our neighbourhoods, and now there’s a chance to share your views nationally.

The Housing Futures Network, Housemark and Neemar Search are running a UK‑wide survey on how housing services need to evolve over the next 10 years.

The survey takes around 10 minutes and asks about your experiences, what’s changed over time, and how services could improve. Your responses go directly to the Housing Futures Network and will help influence future housing services across the country. 🏘️

You'll also have chance to share your ideas about what you’d love to see more of in your community. 🏘️

- When? Thursday 28 May 1-4pm
- Where? Stainbeck Ave Basketball Court, Meanwood
- Who? Everyone is welcome but the activities are aimed at children aged 9-15 year olds

🛠️During this period, you'll still be able to report emergency repairs by calling our out-of-office service on 0113 386 1000. Emergency repairs include things like severe water leaks and loss of all power

⚠️When dealing with emergency repairs, our out-of-hours service will make things safe for you within 4 hours (unless it's related to gas repairs, such as a broken boiler or no hot water, in which case you'll receive a repair visit within 8 hours). If further work is required, our Contact Centre will arrange this with you once they return on the 26 May.
