I think it's important to take a moment to speak and reflect on the inspiring figure of hope that we so tragically lost yesterday - Charlie Kirk
-
A young man who dedicated his life to discussion and clarity among all. Many agreed with him, many did not. But he opened his arms to conversation from all backgrounds. A true speaker of the people, he stood by his own values and opinions, while giving people a space to discuss their own along side him. A father and husband, a caring and wonderful soul lost to unimaginable evil and spite.
It sickens me to have been informed that individuals in Leeds were celebrating his tragic assassination by "singing and dancing"... While Kirk was an influential figure in the United States, he embodied the representation of freespeech that we are sadly losing the right to hold here in the UK. He was vocal about his support for the UK, he credited our great nation as the founding body of freedom. The right to choose how we think, what we feel, the opinions we hold, and the values we cherish. He wanted the USA to return to the great British Values that created his great home. He left behind a legacy of courage, strength, perseverance, and pride. This loss has changed the world forever.

I'd just like to take a minute to send a message to those who felt "happiness" and "joy" at the news of this young fathers death among the progressive and caring left:
Everyone who identifies as "woke", "progressive", or "liberal", who laughed, smiled, joked, or danced at the news of Kirks passing, I don't have enough words in the world to express my utter disgust and shame for your behaviour. You have convinced yourselves that your evil behaviour is excused because you tell yourself "I'm on the right side of history". You blame us for violence, then commit it yourself. You say we take away lives with "harmful rhetoric", then commit it yourself. You say we're harming people in society by spreading hate, then commit it yourself.
I will not rest until every single hypocrite in this world see's the error of their ways. You're a violent, evil, despicable, and cowardice group of people. You pass blame onto others for actions you're the main perpetrators of. You play the victim and then harm people who try to work with you. You're intolerant and uneducated. Your biggest fear was being confronted with truth. Your biggest fear was Charlie Kirk, because he embodied the truth that you couldn't silence. You couldn't silence him, you couldn't silence his message. You are too illiterate to discuss your side with clarity and passion. So instead, one of you picked up and gun and chose to be a brute. A man with no communication skills or rational thought chose to be a coward. He chose violence over discussion, he chose silence over truth.
No matter who you are, where you're from, or what you believe in, if you celebrated his death, try to remember who thr real villains are.
Because Charlie was successful, brilliant, and wise beyond his years. And this scares people who don't possess the ability to think... and he out witted you every step of the way.

Rest in peace Charlie. You will always be seen as a pioneer for freedom of thought, speech, and being. You will be remembered as the person who chose conversation and rational discussion over evilness and violence. You gave everyone a voice, and that's something to be proud of.
