Volunteer Opportunity: Charity Shop Content Creator / Writer ✨🛍️

Love charity shop culture, storytelling, social media or creating engaging content? We’re looking for a volunteer to help grow the profile of our charity shop and share the impact behind every purchase. 💙

We’re inspired by the “Charity Shop Girl” style of content showing affordable fashion, sustainability, community and the real stories behind what we do.

📍 Based in East Leeds (near the Irish Centre)
🕒 Shop open Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm
⏰ Flexible commitment — around 1.5–2 hours per week on average

What you’ll do:
📱 Create Instagram/TikTok style content
❤️ Share the impact our centre has in the local community
✍️ Help tell meaningful stories that connect with people
🛍️ Film outfit finds, rails refreshes & bargain spotlights

No formal experience needed — just creativity, enthusiasm and a good eye for content.

As a volunteer, you’ll also receive a discount on shop purchases 🛒✨

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone wanting to:

UNFOLDING - Volunteer well-being 🐞

FREE Training in collaboration with Humans Being CIC - this course is open to all volunteers in and around Leeds to reflect on pathways to change and empowerment.

This course will run over 6 weeks from
