Andrew came and decorated/transformed our old trade counter into a new and fresh meeting room. He fitted us in at short notice, and arrived when he arranged too. He was very thorough with his work, and clean and tidy. We will definitely be using him for future works.

We've added a quick blog post for customers to read following on from the closure of our Trade Counter. Our team are already missing some of our amazing locksmith customers, but we're keeping all the staff busy with some big June projects.

It’s been widely publicised that over the last 6 months we have been progressing towards the closure of the Locksmith side of the business, allowing us to place our full focus on our Electronic Security portfolio that has seen exponential growth over the last 7 years.

At the end May, we're permanently closing our Trade Counter. Building alteration works will begin in June, making way for our additional office, training and meeting spaces to ensure our teams have a safe environment to work and collaborate in, what ever the future of Covid looks like. As we begin 2021 with fresh motivation and vigour, we are announcing some changes to our security services portfolio. Our Electronic security systems have organically grown from strength to strength over the last 10 years, and so have the company resources behind it. As a result, we’ve taken the difficult decision to no longer offer locksmith services to our customers, with affected staff naturally being moved over into our Electronic Security team.

“Although this is an exciting time for the teams involved, it is also a sad moment for me to be pivoting the company away from a service that has been part of the Rossells story for such a long period of time. I’m proud of what we do for our customers, and with a more direct focus for all our staff, it means we can provide even better security technologies to protect against the modern era of threats. I’m pleased to be offering further learning opportunities for our staff, and despite the difficulties of Covid, will be opening up more positions of employment throughout the new year.” Chris Bowles (Company Director)

Our trade counter will continue to operate as normal providing keys and security products to the public and trade.
