🚀 Micro businesses in Blaby District — this one’s for you!

Blaby District Council has launched a brand‑new Business Grant Scheme with £25,000 available to help local businesses grow.

Two grants are up for grabs:
✨ Shop Front Improvements Grant (£5,000 pot)
🌱 Decarbonisation & Business Growth Grant (up to £3,000 per business, 50% match‑funded)

If you employ fewer than 10 people, have a turnover under £2m, and trade from premises in the District, you could be eligible.

Applications are open until 30 June 2026.

Cllr Nick Chapman says even small amounts of funding can make a big difference — so if you’re a micro business looking for support, take a look and apply.
