*Home-Start Bedfordshire Facebook House Rules*
Welcome to Home-Start Bedfordshire's official page
We hope this page provides a friendly community for supporters to get involved, stay connected and feel valued. The well-being of our supporters and service users will always be paramount to us. With this in mind, we have put together some 'house rules' that we would like all users of our page to stick to. If you get involved with our page, you agree not to:
• Disclose any contact details
• Swear or use offensive/abusive language
• Promote violence, illegal or unethical activities
• Make libellous or defamatory allegations
• Use racist or hate language against ethnic, religious or social groups
• Attack individuals
• Use our page to advertise products, events or your own agenda
• Go off the topic or make irrelevant comments
• Quote facts or phrases without a source. Our charity will always engage and respond as openly and honestly as possible. However, if we feel any of the above rules are being broken we may delete or hide your comment. If you repeatedly go against these rules we will block you from our page.
*Service Users & Volunteers*
If you receive support from us (service users) or volunteer with us, please be particularly mindful of the comments you leave. This page is open to the public and can viewed by anyone. Volunteers must always protect the confidentiality of the families they support. Service users should not refer to pending or ongoing court cases, details of abuse (past or present), or specific local authorities, organisations, or social services you are involved with. Complaints, concerns or allegations should not be disclosed on this page; you should speak to a senior member of staff and follow the existing procedure. We hope you understand these rules. They are here to help everyone enjoy our page as much as possible, and we appreciate your cooperation and support. We suggest all users of our page get to know Facebook's own terms and conditions: http://www.facebook.com/terms.php which also apply. If you have any questions about this or anything on our page, please send us a private message. Thank you,
Home-Start Bedfordshire.
