Here are a few of the things we got up to in August:
๐ Leominster Town Council Planning & Highways Committee met on 3rd August to discuss upcoming planning applications, highways and parking matters. The next meeting will be held on Monday 7th September.
๐ซ We held the Leominster Charter Market 4 times in August. The Charter Market is held every Friday with a wide range of stalls including fruit and veg, fresh food, flowers and plants, clothing, pet supplies and homewares.
๐ The Leominster Farmers Market was held on Saturday 8th August stocking a wide variety of local produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, fruit juices, wine, cider, bread and cakes, eggs, meat, cheeses, plants and more! ๐ฅ We supported the Sip, Shop Celebrate event, on Friday 21st August, where Leominster Information Centre launched the Great Leominster Bargain Quest which was very popular!
๐ We continued to water the Leominster In Bloom pots and flowers around the town to extend their blooming season. Alongside Leominster in Bloom we encourage members of the public to assist with watering using grey water.
