Whether you're experienced in or new to yoga, there's no pressure to do all the movements. It's a great opportunity to have a go or just to enjoy some time outside in the fresh air 🌿

Herefordshire's Viking treasure is heading to national TV
The Herefordshire Hoard will feature on BBC One's Bargain Hunt on Friday 12 June, after presenter Roo Irvine and the programme team visited Herefordshire Council's History Store to film the remarkable collection of Viking-era coins and jewellery
The episode will also showcase Leominster's Secondhand Antiques Centre, highlighting more of Herefordshire's rich heritage and thriving antiques scene
Tune in to Bargain Hunt on BBC One on Friday 12 June to see the Herefordshire Hoard take centre stage

Families in the Leominster area can now enjoy a new outdoor sensory garden and free Stay and Play sessions at Coningsby Family Hub
Designed for children aged 0–5 and their parents or carers, the sessions offer a welcoming space to play, learn and connect while supporting children's development through fun, play 🔽 based activities
The free sessions take place every fortnight on Tuesdays from 1pm to 2.30pm and will be rolled out across family hubs and libraries across Herefordshire
