Howard Hall an early photo.

Ebenezer Howard dedicated the building to his first wife, Elizabeth Bills, who had been a great source of support and inspiration throughout his work on the Garden City movement. Sadly, Elizabeth died in the autumn of 1904 and never had the opportunity to see the results of the hard work, dedication and shared vision that had helped bring their ideas to life.
