Welcome to our Month of Menus!

Throughout September, we'll be shining a spotlight on the wide range of delicious meals we offer, from breakfast and hearty lunches to specialist menus designed to meet cultural, religious and dietary needs.

Whether it's a traditional favourite, a plant-based option, a texture modified meal or something inspired by cuisines from around the world, we're proud to provide choice for our customers every day.

August Bank Holiday Opening Hours
On Monday 31 August 2026, HILS meals on wheels, Crisis Support Services, Active Ageing and our Nutrition Service will be operating as usual.

Please note that our Community Hubs at Friendship House and Cuffley will be closed.

What better way to celebrate International Dog Day than by catching up with our very own Rachel from the HILS Advocacy Team? Rachel has been volunteering with Guide Dogs for many years, supporting the charity’s incredible work and helping to make a difference to the lives of people with sight loss.
