The depths of winter can be a bit gloomy, and light really affects our mood. But on the bright side, we have gone past the shortest day of the year so we should soon start to see longer evenings. Spare a thought for those who find this time of year particularly hard, especially if they've lost loved ones or going through a really hard time. 🙏

Despite distressing things you might be going through, there are often little things that we can use to ground ourselves. For me, nature was an important part of that process. Nature was awe inspiring, calming, stunningly beautiful and the sounds were often very soothing. You might not live near the coast, so even finding a park to walk in can be a breath of fresh air when you really need it. :🥰. These are some if my last few years December shots. :🙏🥰
