Families in Trauma

Families in Trauma We WANT to fill the gaps where families need support, especially when trying to access mainstream support.

A peer led organisation helping families, communities and workplaces to navigate difficult situations by offering 1-1 support and group trainings around trauma informed practise using peer support values. Families in Trauma and Recovery is a hybrid digital service offering peer support, elearning, eCPR, podcasting, social media resources for families in trauma and recovery. This is one of the missing links in the chain of support which must be closed.

The depths of winter can be a bit gloomy, and light really affects our mood. But on the bright side, we have gone past the shortest day of the year so we should soon start to see longer evenings. Spare a thought for those who find this time of year particularly hard, especially if they've lost loved ones or going through a really hard time. 🙏
