🌟 MEET THE STAFF – BARRY! 🌟

This week, we’d like you to meet Barry, our Community Worker – and our only one! 😊 Although many of you may know him as Buckhind Barry! 👋

Barry is always on the go and is involved in so much across our community that it’s almost too much to mention! 😄

From running youth clubs and outdoor groups 🌳🥾, to helping with our cooking groups 🍲👨‍🍳, Barry is all about bringing people together, getting involved and creating opportunities for people to learn, have fun and try something new.

Whether he’s working with local young people, supporting community activities or getting stuck into one of the many projects he’s involved with, Barry is rarely found sitting still! 🙌

And when he’s not working? 🏍️🎶🎬

Barry enjoys his motorbikes, listening to music, watching films, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

We’re very lucky to have Barry as part of our team. His energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the community really do make a difference.

Thanks for everything you do, Barry!

🌟 GET TO KNOW YOUR CENTRE! 🌟

We’re excited to be starting a new series on our page to help you get to know more about the amazing people and groups that make our centre what it is! ❤️

Starting next Wednesday, we’ll be shining a spotlight on a different group at the centre each week. We’ll introduce you to the people behind the group, find out what they do, what they offer, and how you can get involved. 🙌

But that’s not all! 👀

We’ll also be introducing our Meet the Staff & Volunteers feature, giving you the chance to put a face to the names of the people who help keep the centre running, support our groups and make things happen every day. 🌟

From the groups who meet here, to the staff behind the scenes and the wonderful volunteers who give their time, we want to celebrate everyone who helps make our centre a welcoming, friendly and vibrant place for the community. 💙

📅 Every Wednesday, keep an eye on our page for a new feature!

You’ll get to:
✨ Meet our groups
✨ Discover what happens at the centre
✨ Meet our staff
✨ Get to know our amazing volunteers
✨ Find out about opportunities to get involved

There are so many fantastic people and activities here, and we can’t wait to introduce you to them!

Who will be our first Wednesday Spotlight? And which member of our team will you meet first? 👀

Make sure you like, follow and share our page so you don’t miss out!
