Today we replaced a CAME control panel for a customer in Boston.
We also installed some extra safety circuits and installed a Fermax intercom with APP (Unfortunately I forgot to picture that bit😂)

All tested and working how it should be.

We visited a new customer today in Boston whose electric gates had stopped working, the previous company had a cover fabricated to cover the panel in a bid to stop snails getting to the board.

Unfortunately it made was for a bigger problem!!

Unfortunately the panel was beyond uneconomical repair so the customer has agreed to have a new CAME ZLX230 panel installed. This will be a huge upgrade from the ZA3 panel that is currently installed.

Additionally we will be installing a set of safety beams that was missed on the original installation and a new app based intercom 📲

Let's talk Electric Gates! 🚗

This Customer in Tattershall Thorpe called us round for an electrical quote and did not know that we do electric gates, luckily we told them😅

These gates had a grand total of 1008 cycles when we arrived, they was installed over 8 years ago.
I will let you do the maths but it's safe to say, they have been broken more than they have working 🙄
After investing the faults it's became apparent that it needed a new motor, this was ordered from the manufacturer CAME and delivered a day later.

It was installed, electrical joints sealed with gel, all greased and parameters adjusted for maximum functionality.
The gates are now working correctly, ready to use daily 📆

👩‍🎓Also, did you know that all of our engineers hold CameSafe accreditation. This is a yearly assessment to ensure that they know the legalities of installing, maintaining and modifying electric gates🏅

🚨Today we did a takeover of the Fire Alarm and Intruder Alarm at Coningsby Dental Surgery. 🦷

We completed an extended service with a full health report of the systems so the customer know they are fully compliant or if they need to do additional works to bring the systems up to standard. 📈

One thing that was picked up was, there is no Fire Alarm zone plan, this is a requirement of BS5839. The customer has been advised and received a quote for this works.
