In conjunction with the enquiry handling service provided by the team, we also manage two facilities – Greetwell Place and The Terrace, offering serviced office, studio and workshop space on flexible lease terms which helps and is very attractive to new and small businesses. Greetwell Place is in a good accessible location on the north side of the city and has car parking facilities. The Terrace is located in the city centre within the cultural quarter, dedicated to the Creative Sector and has a café on site. Both managed workspaces have meeting rooms available to hire and are well equipped

The Terrace is a creative industries managed workspace which provides a total of 50 workshops, studios and offices that are available for hire 📍

Situated in the centre of the city, with Caffè Portico on site, it's the perfect, vibrant spot for collaborative working. Rooms and workspaces are available for external hire at The Terrace, City Hall, and Greetwell Place ⬇️
