According to a study by the Institute for Employment Studies, the rate of su***de in construction is more than three times the national average for men. In skilled trades, the highest risk was amongst those in building finishing trades, who had more than double the su***de risk of the male national average. Those are scary figures, and we can’t sit back and ignore them.
We love our brilliant team, but we know that nobody is . We want every single person in to feel that work is a safe place where they will be listened to and supported.
This , we’re being crystal clear about the importance of hearing when someone needs to shout about their mental health.
