Starting Saturday 9th May.
After a break and yoga for me in Tenerife, I am back tomorrow with my new online course. My yoga community is one I appreciate fully as many have been with me now since covid times.
The beauty of giving yourself that precious 20 mins off time means you realize the health and mental release you get from showing up and working out a few days or everyday online the choice is yours.
We start tomorrow with back to basics, stretching, and , movement that speaks to the body and mind. This course offers 5 consecutive days then 3 sessions every week to the end of May.
It will work easily into your lifestyle, as you can pick up the sessions anytime from the private page, and if it suits you can join me live in the mornings. Life is busy and the stress of doing more can eat up your time, however its so important to treat yourself to a sacred space just for you. Open a window, light a candle, play some beautiful background music, pick a new coloured mat and your favourite colour of cushion. Your things, your space, your intention, to improve your own precious well-being, and live life fully.

Saturday " Morning Yoga basics for feeling good"
Sunday " Back and Core revival"
Monday " Weights to Tone up for Summer"
Tuesday " Pilates for Tension Release"
Wednesday " Fitness for Fatloss"
The following workouts in the course enclude, Yoga, Pilates, Chair Exercise, Home Circuits. Weights and Breathwork. Tips and advice, and motivation in abundance.
To join us just message me, and I will add you to the group.
For £20 you can workout everyday if you wish. However 3 to 5 days a week is recommended to see and feel the change in mind and body.
