Explorer Scouts are the 4th and most active section of the scouting sections. Explorer Scouts are guys and girls aged 14-18 who are looking for adventure! Lisburn has 1 main Explorer Unit, Lagan Valley Explorer Unit which meet every month and 4 sub groups which meet weekly, ------- Ballymacash ESU – Ran by Chris Nettleship Lisburn Cathedral ESU – Ran by George Griffen 1st Hillsborough ESU – Ran by Maurice Diamond Spartan ESU- ( A joint group between, 1st Lambeg, 1st Derriaghy and 06th Lisburn ) – Ran by Ian Morrow ------- Each groups runs their own weekly program with activities, games and badge work. Each group comes together once per month under the ‘Lagan Valley Explorer Scouts’ Umbrella for more adventurous activities and camps. Join the adventure !
