🚨SAVE THE DATES!🚨

We are hosting our annual Accommodation Fairs next month. All students from our stakeholder institutions are welcome to attend - please bring along your student ID.

This is an opportunity to research your accommodation options for next year and chat with our Housing Advisor about the recent Renters' Rights Act changes.

🏠There's no need to rush into signing a tenancy. It's important that you take your time to find the right property.

🏆Choose LSH accredited accommodation providers, who have committed to meeting the quality and safety requirements of our accreditation scheme - the LSH Standards. You will also have a means of redress should something go wrong during your tenancy.

Searching for your next student home and offered a tenancy agreement?

✅Make sure you know what type it is, as this will affect your tenant rights and how you end the tenancy.

❌Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements no longer exist. You should NOT be offered this type of contract by accommodation providers.
