A Residential Care Home based in Netherly, Liverpool. We specialise in the care of Dementia.

Woodlands is a beautiful Victorian residential building with staff who are trained to specialise in dementia care of the elderly. The grounds are regularly maintained for use by residents.The property dates to the 1830's and is set in about 3 acres of secluded parkland. Joe and Linda Leggett have owned Woodlands for more than 20 years. Both Joe and Linda are seen around the Home on a regular basis

. Yvonne Moore has worked at Woodlands since 1991. She is a qualified Manager and is responsible for what goes on in the Home from day to day. Yvonne is supported by two administrators and a team of Carers and ancillary staff.

Our amazing team at Woodlands Rest Home will soon be stepping into the spotlight for a special “Stars in Their Eyes” fundraising event!

🎸 Staff members will dress up as their favourite music artists and perform for our residents in what promises to be a fun and memorable show.

We are looking for sponsors to support the staff taking part, with all money raised going to our Residents’ Fund. This fund helps provide outings, entertainment, activities and special treats for the people who live with us. 🌷

Whether you sponsor a performer for £1, £5, £10 or more, every donation will make a real difference.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to House of Memories from the National Museum of Liverpool for visiting our home last week and giving our residents such a wonderful, immersive experience.

It was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and brought some lovely moments to our residents 💕
