50% of people in the UK have experienced problem debt at some point in their lives.

But stigma keeps people silent - while many say they would talk about money worries, almost half (44%) of people who have experienced debt told no one.

Everyone deserves a hot meal and somewhere warm to be on Christmas Day.

Feeding Liverpool are a fantastic organisation who work hard all year round to make sure families across the city don't go hungry, and Christmas time is no exception.

Their website is a great tool if you're looking for your local food bank or food pantry, and what their opening hours are for the next couple of weeks, they also have a list of venues hosting community meals on Christmas Day.
