📚✨ Meet the Book Box Scotland team! ✨📚

Apparently, running a community book box requires a surprisingly large number of people… 😂

From social media and admin, to ideas, creativity, morale, storytelling, cape-wearing and making sure the fun actually happens — we’ve got a team for that. 💛

We’re a little chaotic, but we’re all here for the same thing: bringing books, stories and a bit of magic into our community. 📖🌿

And yes… Archie is just as much a qualified member of staff as the rest of us. 🐶😂

Today’s adventure took us to Lanark to visit the dinosaurs! 🦖💚

We always love finding fun, low-cost family days out, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint.

Sometimes the best memories are made just by getting out and exploring somewhere new. 💛

📚✨ We’re heading to the Edinburgh International Book Festival tomorrow! ✨📚

You’ll find me at the Open House during the day and at the Opening Gala in the evening.

I’ll have some Book Box Scotland stickers and bookmarks with me, so don’t be shy, I’d love to meet some fellow book lovers and put a face to the names behind our followers.

🎒✏️ Back to school! 📚

A new school year means new teachers, new friends, new adventures... and of course, new stories to discover.

Whether your little one is starting school for the very first time or heading back for another year, we hope they have a fantastic term filled with learning, laughter and lots of books.

Don’t forget that our Book Box is always here for free! Pop by after school, pick up a new bedtime story, or swap a book you’ve finished for a brand-new adventure.
