Thank you to our client, Naomi Breeze, for this wonderful feedback about our Women in Entrepreneurship Programme! 🎉

Naomi is the owner of Breeze Productions, a professional theatre company that writes, produces and performs original one person plays, short films and creative workshops for the voluntary, statutory and private sector. She is passionate about using drama and theatre arts to help organisations and teams explore important issues, highlight concerns, find solutions, connect people and create positive change.

We were delighted to have Naomi join the programme in November, alongside 10 other inspiring local business women. Over 4-weeks, the group learned how to refresh their businesses and take them to the next level with support from our fantastic host Michelle Brown PR.

We are thrilled that the programme gave Naomi the inspiration, ideas, clarity and direction that she needed to move her business forward. It was a pleasure to see her confidence grow each week and we cannot wait to see what Breeze Productions goes on to achieve.

You can grow your team and create an exciting opportunity for a West Lothian resident with the Employment Pathway Grant (EPG)! 📢

With the grant, you could be eligible for funding of 100% of the salary of an eligible new employee (based on the payment of the Real Living Wage) for a minimum of 12 hours and up to a maximum of 40 hours per week, for up to 3 months.

To qualify, your business or third sector organisation (including social enterprises) must:
✔️ Be based in West Lothian
✔️ Have been trading for a minimum of 6 months
✔️ Have fewer than 250 employees
✔️ Pay all staff – new and existing – at least the Real Living Wage
✔️ Offer the employee a contract of employment for a minimum of 12 hours per week that falls into one of these categories: permanent contract, fixed-term contract lasting 52 weeks or more, or fixed-term contract for the duration of an Apprenticeship

Anchor organisations (for example, educational institutions, healthcare institutions, etc) currently operating in West Lothian are also welcome to apply.
