Community Councils there's still a week to go! Plenty of time to book your place on this totally free interactive training session aimed at helping to develop a healthy culture around conflict.

Handled constructively, disagreement can lead to better outcomes. But destructive conflict can be exhausting and damaging.

The goal of this training is to support Community Councils to be able to process difference and tension in a healthy way and cultivate a culture of both high quality decision making and relational trust.

Join us next Wednesday 22nd April 5:30pm-7pm to explore some foundational principles and practices to help develop a healthy culture around conflict.
