Our carers had a very refreshing start to their morning last week with a Cold Water Therapy taster session. Before anyone dipped a toe in, Jenny talked us through the essential safety measures , absolutely vital when braving icy water. Then, with her guidance, our brave bunch took the plunge. What a team!

A huge thank you to Jenny from The Cold Water Therapist for spending the morning with us and showing us how to do cold water therapy safely and properly. Our carers left feeling invigorated, energised, and ready to take on the day.
