Introducing the Intervention Hub โ€“ a structured support programme designed to help individuals understand and change harmful behaviour in relationships.

If your behaviour has caused fear, control or harm, this is a safe space to take responsibility, reflect on impact, and learn healthier ways to communicate, think and respond.

Across 10 guided sessions, you will explore what healthy relationships look like, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build practical tools to support lasting change.
