THE MAGIC OF NETWORKING

Following on from our very successful International Women's Day Event we're running a second Women in Business event. Hosted by Kim Talbot from Dynamic Development. Held at Llanelly House starting at 9.30am.

Here's an overview and click below to book. To cover venue costs for this event members will be charged a discounted fee.

Networking doesn’t have to mean awkward introductions, trying to “sell yourself” or feeling like you need to work the whole room.

LLANELLI BUSINESS FUTURE
TUESDAY OCTOBER 13th
LLANELLI REGENERATION

On Tuesday 13th October at 6pm we'll be in Llanelly House for our usual monthly event.

Come along and meet fellow business owners, share opportunities and hear a great speaker.

We've invited Dr Ben Reynolds to talk about urban regeneration reflecting on his experience supporting Carmarthenshire County Council in preparing a placemaking plan. This document should be released shortly so it's a great opportunity to hear an insight into it's preparation.

Ben's company is also using CCC grant funding to fund short tenancancies in empty properties in town to drive footfall.

We'll also be updating members on progress on the Llanelli Pride in Place programme.

Calling all businesses to pull out the stops for Halloween. We're awarding the business that best marks the season in our town this year. Get your displays in place by 24th October for the judging walk round followed by a public vote. Share your displays with us and we'll promote on our channels.

We've marked the Christmas season for years but noticed that a lot of businesses make an effort for Halloween too so this year we'll be running a competition for both.
