Recently, Roger Slennett made his 371st blood donation, and he has given blood and platelets during his journey as a donor. Roger started donating after his mum received blood during surgery, and he has been helping save lives ever since. Thank you, Roger❤️

We're doing everything we can to keep our clinics running as planned, while ensuring the health and safety of our staff and donors.

If you receive a cancellation text, please try to book an appointment at an alternative venue.

In extreme temperatures, it's even more important that you take care of yourself before and after donating!

- Drink PLENTY of water 🥛
- Eat plenty 🍽️
- Avoid exercise 🏃‍♂️
- Wear loose fitting clothes 👕
