On Monday 25th Oct from 12:00 - 13.30, Dr. Tom Smith (LSE Geography) will be presenting his research on the emerging social construction of the 'haze season' in Singapore. This will be followed by Dr Omar McDoom (LSE Government) who discusses professional intermediaries as the accomplices of kleptocratic elites.

Finally, on 29th Oct from 12:00 - 13:30, Featured researchers come from the Departments of Anthropology, Economic History, and Geography and Environment, discussing lifelong journeys of self-transformation amongst Catholic nuns in Indonesia, the financing of the Manila Trade (1668-1828), and the experience of ride-hailing drivers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia
