School holidays can be exciting — and a little overwhelming too. 💛

Three small things that can help children feel more settled:

1. Keep one familiar part of the day the same, such as breakfast or bedtime.
2. Build in time to move, make or play without needing it to be perfect.
3. Ask one simple question at the end of the day: “What was your favourite bit?”

Little moments of routine, creativity and connection can make a real difference.

🚨 FOR £2.50, YOU CONTROL WHAT I LISTEN TO FOR 13.1 MILES. 🚨

💷 £5 = 2 songs
💷 £10 = 4 songs

Every song chosen goes onto my Great North Run Spotify playlist, and I’ll be listening to it while taking on all 13.1 miles.

The clock struck 3:30 AM. A familiar voice, my mom's, echoed from within my room, a chilling premonition I couldn't ignore. Something felt deeply wrong. sIntuition

The first night, I convinced myself it was the old house. Then the footsteps returned, directly above my bedroom, in a room I never use. Tonight, I left my phone recording. The audio captured the steps... and something far more chilling whispered at the end.

⚽🌍 As the World Cup 2026 kicks off, let’s remember that respect belongs on and off the pitch. 🌍⚽

Millions of people from around the world will come together to celebrate the beautiful game. Football has the power to unite communities, inspire future generations and create lasting memories.

But there is no place in football for sexism, abuse or discrimination.

Sexist comments are not banter. They can make women and girls feel unwelcome in spaces where everyone should feel safe, respected and valued.

This World Cup, let’s set the standard:

✅ Respect everyone
✅ Challenge sexist behaviour
✅ Support those who speak out
✅ Create welcoming environments for all fans

Whether you’re watching from the stadium, the pub, your home or with friends and family, let’s show that football is at its best when everyone is included.

🤍 Wear the White Ribbon.
⚽ Be part of the team.
🗣️ Start the conversation.

⚽🤍 Abuse Isn’t a Joke. Sexism Isn’t Banter. Silence Isn’t Neutral. 🤍⚽

As we come together to enjoy the World Cup at home pubs and clubs, let’s remember that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and welcome.

That “joke” that makes someone uncomfortable.
That sexist comment shouted across the bar.
That behaviour everyone notices but nobody challenges.

It’s not harmless.
It’s not banter.
And it’s not acceptable.

If you see it, don’t ignore it.

🟢 Speak up if it’s safe to do so
🟢 Support the person affected
🟢 Report concerning behaviour to staff or security
🟢 Help create a culture of respect

Real fans look out for each other.

Football is built on teamwork. Ending abuse starts the same way.

🤍 Respect belongs on and off the pitch.
⚽ Abuse isn’t a joke.
🗣️ Speak up. Make a difference.
