EN: We celebrate the birthday of Archbishop Marco Eugenio Cardeal. Dom Marco was born in Olinda on October 23, 1988. He became a priest on July 16, 2008 in the Parish of Nossa Senhora do Carmo, the first parish he took over in the same year. He was consecrated bishop in 2020 by Pope Gregory IV. In 2021, having followed the founder of the Minecraftian Cathedral Evaldo Junior, he was validly made a cardinal in São João Del Creeper where he resided as Archbishop. He died in July 2021 in the city of Ostia where he lived as Cardinal Emeritus.
His social works are visible to this day. Among his works are: Santa Dulce State Hospital in São João Del Creeper, Santo Antônio Shelter in Belém, Samaritano Hospital in Fortaleza, Bom Jesus Shelter in Fortaleza, Sagrada Face Shelter in Fortaleza. When he was in Fortaleza, he transformed his parish house into a shelter for the most needy.
The Cardinal harshly attacked the civil and even religious powers that walked the paths contrary to what the faith says. Once, in his sermon in the parish of Olinda, he attacked Bishop Y., who closed a Diocesan shelter and ordered a Saint Francis Cross to be removed, claiming to be Dom Eugenio “Communist”. He wrote 7 books, among which “Church, Power, Charisma and Fraternity” stands out. Monte Carlo Congratulates the Cardinal and inaugurates a monument in his honor tomorrow in the Central Square.

PT: Comemoramos o aniversário natalício de Dom Marco Eugenio Cardeal. Dom Marco nasceu em Olinda no dia 23 de outubro de 1988. Se tornou Padre em 16 de julho de 2008 na Paróquia Nossa Senhora do Carmo, a primeira paróquia que assumiu no mesmo ano. Sagrou-se bispo em 2020 pelo papa Gregório IV. Em 2021, tendo seguido o fundador da Sé Minecraftiana Evaldo Junior, foi tornado cardeal de forma válida em São João Del Creeper onde residia como Arcebispo. Morreu em julho de 2021 na cidade de Óstia onde foi morava como Cardeal emérito.
Suas obras sociais são visíveis até hoje. Entre suas obras estão: Hospital Estadual Santa Dulce em São João Del Creeper, Abrigo Santo Antônio em Belém, Hospital Samaritano em Fortaleza, Abrigo Bom Jesus em Fortaleza, Abrigo Sagrada Face em Fortaleza.
