“Changing minds and lives for better”

Options 4 Change was founded in 2005 in response to failings in the social care system in the Lambeth area, particularly for young people. Since then, the organisation has grown into an established voice on behalf of young people and deprived people in the Brixton and wider Lambeth area. It has forged community links and works closely with a number of local bodies, including the police, London Probation Service, and the Karibu Education Centre.

Since our establishment we have successfully delivered services which include education, social welfare, personal development, employability and pathways from crime. We are specialists in community engagement projects that support children, young people up to 25 years old and their families.

We aim to:


  • Empower – engage young people and their parents in personal development programmes to foster their growth and independence.
