If you are struggling to cope or feel overwhelmed, there is help available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Just contact 111 and select option 2.

Don't feel able to talk? You can now text ‘help’ to 07860 009642 to reach the NHS 111, Option 2 service for urgent mental health support.

A trained professional will respond as soon as possible, offering support and helping you find the right services.

This option is there for anyone who would prefer to text rather than call - whether it feels easier to write things down, or you’re not able to speak openly on the phone.

You’re not alone, and support is available in a way that works for you.

Contact your practice to book and get the care you need.

From nurses and physiotherapists to trained community pharmacists, there’s a whole team of professionals that can help you.

If you need an urgent appointment when your practice is closed, call NHS 111. 📱

Think your pharmacy is just for collecting prescriptions?

Many pharmacies can offer advice and treatment for common conditions, including:

👂 Earache
🦟 Infected insect bites
🤒 Sore throats
🩹 Minor skin infections
🌼 Hay fever

Most pharmacies can also offer prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP or make an appointment. This is called Pharmacy First. Depending on your symptoms, they can help treat:

✅ Some urinary tract infections (UTIs)
✅ Shingles
✅ Ear infections
✅ Sinusitis and sore throats

Next time you're feeling unwell, your local pharmacy could be the right place to start.
