Happy Retirement !💃
Yesterday was our dearest Sue’s last day in our team. We are absolutely gutted to think, that we won’t see her kind and sweet face in our digital team meetings anymore. In the words of , which we completely resonate “there will be a big Sue Burgin shaped hole in the team.”
Sue was among the original members to have started the culture and leadership programme. Over the last 6 years she has helped in developing and supporting many organisations across the country to implement and embed the culture change programme and develop their leaders.
We will miss her dearly, especially her wicked sense of humour, her kind words of compassion, her ability to put you at ease and her historical knowledge of this programme. But we have a feeling, this is not the last you have heard of our Sue, I am sure, we will see her very soon. Meanwhile, in a bit Sue!
