Crouch Hill Park The scheme comprises the relocated Ashmount Primary school and Bowlers Nursery into 1 low carbon building.

Park set in Islington, undergoing major development - this site is for all to keep in touch and will contain information about the site as it progresses in construction This is located within the existing Metropolitan Open Land at Crouch Hill. The work also includes the refurbishment of the CAPE youth centre buildiing at the Eastern end of the site, the formal creation of an open space with upgrad

ing of the planting and with provision of new pathways and step free access for all. The site will be Zero Carbon in Operation due in part to the on site generation of electricity and heat to be used by all site users and the adjoining residents in Coleman Mansions.

Collecting the BREEAM Outstanding award (Design Stage) - BREEAM is an environmental assessment for buildings. The Crouch Hill Park development is on track to achieve 'Outstanding' (actual), the highest rating under the scheme.
