It's Red Nose Day on Friday 17th March! This year we would really like to take part in the fundraising and have signed up to a Just Giving page for the event. We are planning to host lots of fun activities from Wednesday 15th as follows:

Wednesday 15th - Put your PJs on for nursery and let's read a bedtime story together 📖📖

Thursday 16th - Fancy dress of your choice and Red Tea day 🦹🦸🧑‍🚒🧛
🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴
Friday 17th - Wear red and Red Snack day 🍎🍎

Mini Olympics Family Sports Day

🏅Today marks 10 years since London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games!!!

🔥The Olympic Legacy continues to shine here are our Early Start Nurseries in Newham, the host borough of the and .

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We were delighted to welcome families to our sports day to showcase how their children learn, develop and have fun through physical play.

🏅Thanks to the 10 Year Anniversary Small Grants fund we were able host lots of fun games and activities for the children, parents/carers & grandparents.

Some of the popular events on the day included the:
🥄egg & spoon race
🏃the long jump
🤸balance bean
🤾‍♀️and parents obstacle course.

We had a special edition of led by Layla from which included lots Olympic themed moves.

🏃‍♀️As the first nurseries to roll out The Daily Mile in Newham we are supporting children to meet their physical activity recommendations in a fun and energetic way. The children loved sharing The Daily Mile with their families. Thanks to The Daily Mile for our amazing Sports Day Medals!

🍉We were also joined by who created Olympic themed snacks and catered for our sports day and making sure everyone was fuelled and hydrated for our sports day.
