Are you trying to understand the messages behind a child’s behaviour in the classroom or at home? 💭

We all want to see children feeling regulated, engaged, and able to achieve their full potential. That’s why we’re hosting a FREE lunchtime webinar! 👇
🗓️ 24th June | 12:00-13:00

At Family Futures, we’ve supported families in North London and beyond since 1998, specialising in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care.

Whether you’re a teaching professional, SENCO, parent, or carer, this session will help you explore holistic ways to interpret behaviour and build a truly inclusive, nurturing environment.

What you’ll take away:
* A deeper understanding of diverse needs, including neurodivergent traits and the impact of early-life experiences.
* Practical, evidence-based strategies that both staff and parents can use to help children thrive.
* Insight into how school communities can holistically support learning, behaviour, and engagement.

Can’t make the live session? Register anyway, and we’ll automatically send you the recording to watch in your own time!

What an incredible finish! Our Hackney Half GoFundMe page is now officially closed. Because of everyone who has donated, we raised over £4,000 for our Crisis Fund! Nearly double our target!

A massive, thank you again to our runners and to everyone who donated, cheered, and shared our updates. These funds are already making a practical, immediate difference - ensuring that statutory funding limits don’t stand in the way of families getting essential care.

Next Stop: Finsbury Park! (21st June)
Our next event is a little closer to home! If the incredible energy of the Hackney Half has inspired you to get moving, we would love to have you join us on Sunday 21st June for a day of running in Finsbury Park.

We have distances for everyone, so you can get the whole family involved:
* 10K & 5K Races: Perfect if you're looking to challenge yourself or hit a new personal best.
* Under 11s Children’s Race: We are really pleased to offer a fun 800m run specifically for younger children.

You can find all the details here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/finsbury-park-runs-21st-june-5k-10k-and-junior-races

Stay in the Loop. If you’d like to keep up with the impact of your donations, hear about future campaigns, or get early access to our upcoming events, we’d love for you to join our community newsletter https://familyfutures.us13.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=a84e72910c000fa8f9a2f1be1&id=e69e304a91

Thank you for being such a vital part of our team and for keeping our families supported, safe, and connected. We hope to see some of you in Finsbury Park this June!

158 incredible people donated to support at the this weekend! Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised over £4,000 for our Crisis Fund! 🏃‍♂️✨

A massive thank you to our runners who gave it their all, and to every single supporter who donated, cheered, and shared our posts. We couldn’t have done it without you!

What does this mean for our families?
The Family Futures Crisis Fund provides urgent, practical support exactly when it’s needed most. When statutory funding is limited, everyday barriers can put vital care out of reach. These funds help us step in immediately - whether that’s covering a train fare so a family can make it to therapy, funding emergency home visits, or providing essential therapeutic resources like art supplies.

In tough times, something as simple as transport can be the key to keeping a family supported, safe, and connected. 💜

The race may be over but you can still donate to our Crisis Fund!

Head to the link in our bio to donate or to read the full race recap!
