Sprinkler Multidiscipline Project Manager

Job Summary

Triangle Fire Systems are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Sprinkler Multidiscipline Project Manager to join our growing team.

We are ideally looking for someone with strong experience in commercial sprinkler systems to BS EN 12845 and a good understanding of residential sprinkler systems to BS 9251 or vice versa.

This is a predominantly site-based role overseeing multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, professionally, on programme, and to the highest standard.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing approximately 2–3 live projects at any one time, managing day-to-day site operations, labour coordination, programme management, client communication, and project delivery.

The role will involve regular site attendance, alongside occasional visits to the office for project meetings, reporting, planning, and paperwork.

Dutie

* Managing sprinkler installation projects from pre-start through to completion

* Overseeing site teams and subcontractors

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

* Coordinating labour, materials, and programme requirements

* Attending site meetings with clients, principal contractors, and consultants

* Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with relevant standards

* Managing project documentation, progress reports, RAMS, and handover information

* Assisting with commissioning, testing, and final project close out

* Identifying and resolving site issues proactively

* Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience within the sprinkler/fire protection industry

* Strong knowledge of either:

* Commercial sprinkler systems (BS EN 12845)

* Residential sprinkler systems (BS 9251)

* Good understanding of sprinkler installation methods and project delivery

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

* Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

* SMSTS / SSSTS

* CSCS Card

* LPCB / FIRAS awareness

* Experience managing both commercial and residential sprinkler projects

* Strong understanding of commissioning and handover processes

Residential Project Manager

Job Description:

With the growth of the business working closely in partnership with Triangle Fire Systems, we are seeking experienced residential sprinkler Project Managers to become part of our ever expanding team. You will be working on various buildings in and out of the Greater London area.

For this role full expenses will be paid for travel and working away allowances (should this be required).

An in date CSCS card with relevant qualification i.e. RSA certificate

Company pension.

24 days paid holiday.

Car allowance, Laptop, phone.

Salary £45-50K plus bonuses - DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Site Based PM

Manage labour on various projects
Liaises with clients regarding Residential Sprinkler installations
Manage the finances for the project to ensure targets are met
Arrange materials & Plant for the installation
Site surveys
Have an understanding of BS9251
Carry out and produce QA Documents
Monitor programs to ensure that client expectations and targets are met
Attend weekly progress meetings at our head office
Skills required

Must be able to work individually or as part of a team
Good Communication Skills
Have an understanding of BS9251
Basic Computer skills
Clean Driving Licence is preferred
Be able to work under pressure and continue to deliver the product to our clients

Experienced Mechanical Sprinkler Pump/Tank Room

Job Description:

With the growth of the business working closely in partnership with Triangle Fire Systems, we are seeking experienced commercial sprinkler pump room engineers to become part of our ever expanding team. You will be working on various buildings in and out of the Greater London area installing sprinkler and wet riser pump rooms.

Overtime available if and when required.

Candidates must have vast knowledge of installing sprinkler and wet riser pump rooms from start to finish and an understanding of the BSEN12845 sprinkler rules.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Must be able to install sprinkler pipework to a good standard.

- Must have full knowledge of all plant equipment used within the industry.

- Applicants must have vast knowledge on all types of commercial sprinkler installs wet and dry plus riser systems.

-Have the ability to isolate drain and refill sprinkler and wet riser systems.

- To have good communication skills with clients.

- To be able to react to the requirements/needs of the business in a professional manner.

- Must be able to resolve issues individually or as part of a team.

- Must have an understanding of pump rooms mechanically

- Liaise with clients and reinstate alarm systems.

- Follow company procedures as an individual or as part of a team.

**We are based on a price work company - all projects are all individually priced and will be issued with a works order before starting**
