Sprinkler Multidiscipline Project Manager

Job Summary
Triangle Fire Systems are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Sprinkler Multidiscipline Project Manager to join our growing team.
We are ideally looking for someone with strong experience in commercial sprinkler systems to BS EN 12845 and a good understanding of residential sprinkler systems to BS 9251 or vice versa.
This is a predominantly site-based role overseeing multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, professionally, on programme, and to the highest standard.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing approximately 2–3 live projects at any one time, managing day-to-day site operations, labour coordination, programme management, client communication, and project delivery.
The role will involve regular site attendance, alongside occasional visits to the office for project meetings, reporting, planning, and paperwork.
Dutie
* Managing sprinkler installation projects from pre-start through to completion
* Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinating labour, materials, and programme requirements
* Attending site meetings with clients, principal contractors, and consultants
* Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
* Managing project documentation, progress reports, RAMS, and handover information
* Assisting with commissioning, testing, and final project close out
* Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
* Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience within the sprinkler/fire protection industry
* Strong knowledge of either:
* Commercial sprinkler systems (BS EN 12845)
* Residential sprinkler systems (BS 9251)
* Good understanding of sprinkler installation methods and project delivery
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
* SMSTS / SSSTS
* CSCS Card
* LPCB / FIRAS awareness
* Experience managing both commercial and residential sprinkler projects
* Strong understanding of commissioning and handover processes
