Lára àwọn ìwúlò àdí ẹ̀yan ni pé wọn fi ń ṣe ọṣẹ, ìpara àti èròjà aṣojúlóge, ìtọ́jú irun àti ara, ìpèsè ọṣẹ àbùfọ̀, àbẹ́là, ìpèsè oògùn.
One of the prominent traditional and indigenous occupations among the Yoruba people is palm kernel oil production. It is a traditional occupation associated with the processing of palm kernels and is mainly carried out by women. The materials and equipment used in its production include palm kernel, two cooking pots, a sieve or basket , a large basin and water. Some of the uses of palm kernel oil include the production of soap, creams and cosmetic products, hair and skin care, the manufacture of detergents, candle production, and the preparation of medicinal products.
