📚 Join us on 18th June at 6.30pm (BST) for our next Book Club session as we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the publication of ‘Grande Sertão: Veredas’ (The Devil to Pay in the Backlands) by João Guimarães Rosa (1908-1967), one of the greatest Brazilian novels of the twentieth century.

Journey through the vast Brazilian sertão, along the borders of Bahia, Goiás and Minas Gerais, and discover a world of myths, superstitions, jagunços, cangaceiros and unforgettable characters. A landmark of Brazilian literature, ‘Grande Sertão: Veredas’ remains one of the most innovative and influential novels ever written in Portuguese.

In Brasil, cheering goes far beyond the game. The energy fills the streets, takes over the beaches, and turns every gathering into a celebration.

Here, passion is everywhere - in the music, the people, and the unique way we embrace every moment. This is more than soccer. It's culture, connection, and a way of life.

Come experience Brasil, feel the energy, and be part of something unforgettable. 🇧🇷✨
