This approach allows the PTSC Union to achieve a very high success rate across a whole host of industries and sectors, and we are prepared to support our members at Employment & Employment Appeal Tribunals in order to resolve matters effectively and to their satisfaction. A case in point is the matter of Leslie Grange v Abellio London Ltd [2016] UKEAT UKEAT/0130/16/DA which dealt with rest break periods brought by the Deputy General Secretary leading by example.
