If you are on the countdown to that long-awaited summer holiday… have you checked your passport?? 👀

If it needs renewing, don't risk a rejected photo setting you back weeks. Bad lighting, the wrong facial expression and location/lighting are behind most photo rejections. 🛂

Get your photo done by the experts in one of our branches so you have a 100% guarantee of approval first time – or we will do it again for free. Get in-store today to tick this off your mental to-do list. 📸😅

We're shining a spotlight on Harry Basra, a Cluster Manager who supports a network of 9 branches. He’s been a critical part of the UOE family for almost 1 year.

Harry's role keeps him constantly on the move, working across multiple locations and supporting teams to overcome day-to-day challenges. No 2 days are the same, and that's exactly how he likes it.

When it comes to customer enquiries, Harry has seen just about every type of Post Office and retail transaction imaginable. 1 question he hears time and time again is:

"Is this still the Post Office, and are you still providing all the services?"

Harry takes pride in creating positive experiences, not only for customers but for the teams he works alongside every day. His most memorable moments come from receiving praise from customers who thank him for his positive attitude and excellent service.

A few quick-fire facts about Harry:

☕ Coffee or tea? Coffee

🎮 Favourite stationery item? Retro games (we'll let that one slide!)

⭐ What makes your stores special? Happy staff, satisfied customers and great teamwork.

Thank you, Harry, for all the support you provide across our branches and for helping create positive experiences for both colleagues and customers every day.
