September Carer Cafes begin on Thursday....

Take part in activities and share experiences with other unpaid carers while enjoying complimentary refreshments.

👉Thursday 10 September 2026 - Hounslow House (6th Floor), 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB - 1pm to 3pm. The session includes a discussion around saving energy and how to reduce bills/consumption

👉Saturday 12 September 2026 - The Chiswick Cinema, 94-96 Chiswick High Road, W4 1SH - 11am to 1pm. Special guests are local Councillor Amy Croft, and Maura from the Community Provisions team who provide support for adults in Hounslow who are living with a learning disability or autism - free ice cream or drink and slice of cake included

👉Wednesday 16 September 2026 - Bristol Court, United Drive, Feltham, TW14 9AG, 2pm to 4pm, with special guests from the Green Doctors Service who help people save money on energy bills

Celebrate Black History Month with us at Hounslow House!

We're kicking off the month with a free community event on Thursday 1 October. It’s a chance to recognise the outstanding achievements and lasting contributions of Black communities right across our borough.

We will be joined by Rodgers Orero from Riana Development Network, who will share inspiring stories of community action and local support.

SEND advice in Bedfont

Find the right support for your child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Come and talk to us in person at one of our monthly SEND drop-in sessions, where you can speak to a professional face-to-face for advice and support.

The next session takes place at Bedfont Community Centre, Bedfont Lane, TW14 9NB on Monday 14 September from 10am-12pm.

Drop by Brentford Community Hub and Library on Friday, 11 September. We are supporting residents aged 18+ who are currently unemployed, not in education or training. This includes people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), care-experienced young people or those who have been involved in the Youth Justice System.
