✨👏 Our incredible staff were praised at a special parliamentary reception for the significant improvements they have made across our urgent and emergency care services.

The event, hosted by Danny Beales, MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, brought together colleagues from across the urgent and emergency care pathway to thank them for their commitment to delivering the best care possible for the communities that they serve.

Over the past year, the Trust's urgent and emergency care services have become among the best-performing in the country.

Danny said: "As the MP for the area where Hillingdon Hospital is based, I am incredibly grateful for everything you do and have done to improve performance and deliver outstanding care for local people.

"The work you have done has been recognised not just locally, but across London and nationally. What Hillingdon Hospital has achieved, and what you have achieved collectively, is truly remarkable.

He also met a representative from Laing O'Rourke who have been appointed as our construction partner, to learn more about the role they will play in bringing our new hospital to life.

🏥 We're delighted to announce that leading international construction company Laing O'Rourke has signed the contract to build the new Hillingdon Hospital.

Working in partnership with the Trust, Laing O’Rourke will help deliver a state-of-the-art hospital that will transform the experience of patients, staff and local communities.

The new hospital will:
✅ Enhance patient and staff experience
✅ Support improved health and wellbeing
✅ Be one of the most digitally advanced hospitals in the UK
