Even though our office will be closed from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April, our residents' safety remains our priority. Our Out-of-Hours Support Service will be available for urgent repairs and emergencies.

Call 020 8607 7777 and select EcoSafe (for Damp & Mould), Pinnacle (former Westway residents) or Chigwell (former Inquilab residents) to be directed to the right contractor.

For non-urgent queries, please use our Connect with Us form. We'll respond after the office reopens on Tuesday 7th April 2026.

As the appointed contractor, our team will be delivering vital damp and mould remediation, and responsive repairs across Karibu’s homes, helping to raise living standards and safety for residents. 👏

As you celebrate, please take a moment to stay safe with these simple fire safety tips:

• Keep candles and diyas away from curtains and decorations.
• Never leave candles or cooking unattended.
• Use LED lights or battery candles as safer alternatives.
• Avoid overloading plug sockets or using damaged wires.
• Keep communal areas and fire exits clear at all times.
• Test your smoke alarms regularly.
• Supervise children and pets around flames or fireworks.
